Day After Thanksgiving

Yes, we are all stuffed out with turkey, abundance of vegetables and yes, pumpkin pie and whipped cream. I was blessed to have some of my family sit at the table with me. Especially a memorable day for my granddaughter and her husband. Their son Jaedon took his first steps after dinner. The look not only on our faces, but the look on Jaedon's face was not captured on video [I think because we were all talking and not paying attention to him, he decided enough lack of attention, I'll just get up and walk]. We all clapped for him and then he was back to his show off ways because now he was receiving attention. Now it's back to some serious quilting.

Your grandsons are adorable and imagine one starting to walk after dinner. Wow, you have so much to be thankful for!

Hi Vicky from Minnesota! I started blogging this summer; also a suggention to get started by another blogger friend Far Side of Fifty, and then one of my daughters also started; and yes it is addicting! I love quilting also, but I'm newly retired and now really getting into more time for sewing. Welcome aboard! Love your sunflower quilt. Is there a pattern?
